Contact Us

We can help with Kobo product questions, orders, tracking, returns, exchanges, payments, and privacy requests. Include an order number and checkout email for order-specific help; add the tracking number for delivery questions and photos or video when reporting damaged or incorrect goods.

For security, never send a full card number, verification code, or account password by ordinary email.
