Using this store

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, or other customers. Product descriptions, colours, and measurements are presented as accurately as practical, while display and manufacturing variation may occur.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on availability, accurate information, payment authorization, and applicable limits. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the CAD total are shown during checkout.

Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Order preparation and delivery follow the Shipping Policy. Eligible new goods and qualifying defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or misdescribed items may be returned; eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock. Requests must be made within 30 days after delivery, approval is required before mailing, a free prepaid label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days, with financial-institution posting time separate.
