Shipping Policy

Order preparation

After payment is authorized, Kobo orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. This preparation window is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery in Canada

Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Timing may vary with destination, weather, carrier operations, weekends, and applicable holidays, so a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.

Address and tracking

Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Tracking details are sent when available. If tracking stalls, a parcel appears delivered but is missing, or an item arrives damaged, email foyonojizaw33@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout in CAD according to the store's current configuration.
