Refund Policy

30-day request window

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. New, unused goods in their original condition may be returned for reasons such as a change of mind or a mistaken selection. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items can also be reviewed, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Approval before mailing

Email foyonojizaw33@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video when the item has a problem. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything. The business mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Label, exchanges, and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for eligible mailed returns. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approval is still required before using it. We do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, the original-payment refund will be processed or initiated within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
